Balancing Blood Sugar for Optimal Health (Part 1)

Over time this will cause accumulation of fat which may lead to fatty liver disease (a contributor to diabetes) which will increase cardiovascular disease. Also, sugar may increase blood pressure and chronic inflammation which are both linked to increased risk of heart attack and stroke.

6. Cognitive Function

Blood sugar levels also impact cognitive function and brain health. Sharp spikes and crashes in blood sugar can contribute to cognitive fog, difficulty concentrating, and memory issues. A stable blood sugar environment ensures that the brain receives a consistent supply of glucose, promoting optimal cognitive performance.
